Ignatian Spirituality Annual CLC Retreat 2024 | 27th-29th Sept 2024 | Listening to the Cry of the Earth and of those made Poor and Marginalised. Where is Hope?

The CLC annual Retreat conducted at the St John of God Retreat Centre in Shoalwater in late September was a deeply graced experience for 28 retreatants. It was capably led by Sr Frances Maguire RSJ and ably assisted by CLC members Helen Baronie and Rom Cirillo, with the theme of “Listening to the Cry of Earth and the Cry of those made Poor and Marginalised. Where is Hope?” Also presenting were Donella Brown, Director of Aboriginal Catholic Ministry, giving us an Indigenous perspective, and Rae Cook, a companion to human trafficking victims. The CLC committee is deeply appreciative of the solid commitment and contribution of each of these contributors.
